Responsibilities:

Design and deliver technical skills training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and learner needs.
Collaborate with fellow trainers and subject matter experts to develop engaging curriculum materials.
Facilitate interactive and hands-on training sessions both in-person and online.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to participants, guiding them towards mastery.
Continuously assess training effectiveness, making necessary improvements for an enriched learning experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven expertise in technical skills related to one or more of the following: Materials Technologies, Bioinformatics, Industry 4.0, Data Science, Software Development, Innovation Management, Project Management, Engineering, Natural Science, or Life Science.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Professional English Skills (must have)
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
